Capture iOS Intune Company Portal and Intune logs (Intune MAM diagnostics)

Intune Company Portal logs contain diagnostic information about the performance and activity of the app. These logs record events such as app crashes, failed installations and enrollment issues. 

Capture iOS Intune Company Portal

To capture these logs:

  1. Open the Company Portal app on your iOS device.
  2. Click the More (…) option in the bottom right corner.
  3. Click the Send logs option.
  4. Wait until the logs uploaded and write down the Incident ID.
  5. Click the Email Logs option.

  1. Click the Send Diagnostic report option.

  1. Send the ID to Microsoft Support Engineering for retrieving this file or contact your internal MDM support team as they should have also received the logs file.

Capture Intune logs (Intune MAM Diagnostics)

To capture these logs:

  1. Open the iPhone Settings app.
  2. Select Apps.
  3. Select Symphony Messaging Intune.
  4. Enable Display Diagnostics Console option.

  1. Open the Symphony Messaging Intune app.
  2. Click Get Started. 

  1. Click the Share Logs option
  2. Send the logs to the Symphony Support Team at support@symphony.com.
