Capture Android Intune Company Portal logs

Intune Company Portal logs contain diagnostic information about the performance and activity of the app. These logs record events such as app crashes, failed installations and enrollment issues.

To capture these logs:

  1. Open the Company Portal app on your mobile phone.
  2. Click the Hamburger menu in the top left corner.

  1. Click the Help option.

  1. Click the Send logs option

  1. On the next screen, click the SEND LOGS, THEN EMAIL button.

  1. Email the logs to Support@symphony.com.
