While sharing files or photos on the Symphony mobile app, users may receive the following error (Figure 1):

If Mobile Application management (MAM)/Mobile Device Management (MDM) is used to manage the mobile device, sharing may have been disabled. The user will need to reach out to their internal IT Helpdesk or Symphony Administrator to modify the account to enable sharing.
If MAM/MDM is not used, this error would occur if the setting to grant access to the photo gallery is not allowed on the mobile device itself. Below are the settings in the Admin Portal that need to be enabled to allow access to the photo gallery and file system (Figure 2):

After enabling these settings, the user should be able to share files or photos without causing an error.
