This article lists the permissions of each role in the Cloud9 Admin Portal:
- Firm Admin role - This role has 100% access to all Cloud9 Admin Portal features for their firm.
- Compliance role - This role allows firm employees to access Call Record Audit and compliance related functions of the Cloud9 Admin Portal.
- User role - This role can be assigned to traders that are given the ability to check their own individual call records via the Cloud9 Admin Portal.
- Support role - This role gives Admins responsible for many firms in Cloud9 the ability to manage these firms with one account instead of multiple accounts in multiple firms.
- Custom roles – Firm Admins can create up to 100 administrative roles per firm to assign specific permissions to users.
