Symphony Messaging Desktop Application (SDA) logs contain useful logging information which can assist in troubleshooting certain scenarios.
To capture SDA logs:
- Select the hamburger menu to display the application menu. If the menu is not visible, it might be disabled. Learn how to enable the hamburger menu.
- Select Help > Troubleshooting > Show Logs in Explorer to generate a new folder containing all the log information.
- Navigate to your Downloads folder if it does not automatically open.
- Locate the folder containing the newly generated logs.
- Ensure the most recent SDA logs are selected and send them to the Symphony Support team at support@symphony.com.
Note: If the files are too large to send via email, inform the Symphony Support team. They can arrange to receive it using a secure file transfer site, Filevault.
