Admins can review existing accounts using the Browse Accounts functionality. From here, you can search for specific accounts using a variety of filters and make any changes as required.
To view browse accounts, navigate to Browse Accounts in the Admin Portal under Accounts (Figure 1):

By default, all accounts will be displayed but specific accounts can be displayed by using the Search Accounts functionality (Figure 2):
