Capture Windows Event Viewer logs

Window Event Viewer logs can assist you in troubleshooting certain scenarios.

To capture Windows Event Viewer logs:

1. Right-click the Windows Start menu icon and select Event Viewer.

2. Select Event Viewer (Local) > Windows Logs > Application.

3. Select Save All Events As... and save the logs as a *.evtx file.

Note: If the files are too large to email, please inform the Symphony Support team. They can arrange to receive it using a secure file transfer site, Filevault.
