The Content Export Bridge (CEB) is able to identify messages created by applications on behalf of (OBO) end users in three formats, Symphony XML, Actiance, and EML.
Rendering HTML data to be viewed in Actiance Vantage requires some additional configuration before it can work successfully.
Render HTML data in Actiance Vantage:
- Log in as a Reviewer in Vantage.
- Select Preferences in the top navigation bar.
- Make sure the Where possible, view original message formatting checkbox for Interaction Display is selected.
4. Select Update to save the preference change.
