Conversation monitoring

Super Compliance Officers and Compliance Officers can display a list of conversations (direct messages and chat rooms) created by their users.

  1. To display a list of conversations sent by users, navigate to All Conversations in the Admin Portal under Compliance.

  1. Under Browse Conversations, enter the specific direct message or chat room in the available filters.
  2. Select Apply.

The bottom table displays any relevant results with details such Created By, Created Date, and Scope.

Super Compliance Officers and Compliance Officers with appropriate entitlements can also monitor a conversation or wall posts in real time.

  1. Click a conversation and select Monitor on the Conversation Detail page.
