Information barriers

Use information barriers to control information flow between internal groups of users in order to avoid inappropriate communication that could violate compliance rules.

To configure information barriers:

  1. Select Information Barriers in the Admin Portal under Compliance.


  1. Select the Group Management tab.

  1. Select Create an IB Group and assign users to the group by searching for them in the Membership tab.
  2. Once you’ve created your groups, Selecting the Policy Management tab and Create IB Policy to activate a block policy between specific groups.
