Use information barriers to control information flow between internal groups of users in order to avoid inappropriate communication that could violate compliance rules.
To configure information barriers:
- Select Information Barriers in the Admin Portal under Compliance.
- Select the Group Management tab.
- Select Create an IB Group and assign users to the group by searching for them in the Membership tab.
- Once you’ve created your groups, Selecting the Policy Management tab and Create IB Policy to activate a block policy between specific groups.
