Unban members

Super Compliance Officers and Compliance Officers can unban members from specific chat rooms. 

To unban a member:

  1. In Symphony, select the Settings icon.


  1. Select Admin Portal. This option is only available if you're a designated Administrator with Admin Portal access.
  2. Select Begin Session.

Note: Session Objective and Comments are optional fields and are not required to access the Admin Portal.

  1. Select All Conversations under Compliance.


  1. Use the Browse Conversations filters to locate the chat room, and select Apply to see the chat details.

  2. Select the Members tab and select the Unban Member icon for the member you wish to unban.

  1. Enter a Justification and select Unban.

You will get a confirmation message that the member was unbanned.
