User login timed out

 

Users getting the User Login Timed Out error message when trying to log in to Cloud9 can try to configure the login settings to avoid encountering this error.

  1. Click the Settings button in the bottom-right corner of the login screen.

  1. Check the Automatically detect settings option.
  2. Click OK to save and go back to the login screen.
  3. Reattempt to log in.

Your login should now be successful. If your still not able to log in to Cloud9, please ask your network team to check the settings on their side.
