Box-On enables you to convert Cloud Dial Tone (CDT) calls into push-to-talk buttons through the process of pinning up the line, replicating the behavior of a Shout Down without the need for a private wire.
Box-On buttons can be provisioned to any page or work on a Speed Dial button and can be used from both the Cloud9 Trader UI and CloudHub. Once established, a Box-On button mimics a persistent connection between you and the far-end user, where you can push to talk on the button to reach the far-end:
