If a user wants to reduce or suppress the Intercom (ICM) beep tone, you can adjust their ICM Tone Volume directly in the Cloud9 Admin Portal, following the steps below:
- Access the Users tab in the Admin Portal.
- Search for the user and click the Edit user details (pencil) icon.
- Scroll to the User Settings / Application Settings section and locate ICM Tones or Tone Volume.
- Move the slider to the left from the default –18 dB down to –64 dB to suppress the tone.
- Click Save.
- Have the user log out and back in to the Cloud9 application for the change to take effect.
