Focus mode

When the Focus mode is activated, it automatically lowers the volume of your other open lines (such as Shoutdowns, Hoots, and Auto-Speaker Intercoms) the moment you become active on a call. The volume of your active conversation (for example. your line A) remains normal, while the background lines (for example, your lines B and C) become significantly quieter. Once your active call ends, the volume of all other lines automatically returns to their original levels. The volume level of Ringdown and Dial Tone call notifications is not affected by the Focus mode, ensuring you do not miss a direct incoming phone call.

Assign the Focus mode to a function button

The Focus mode can be assigned to one of your three quick-access function buttons.

  1. Select the Settings menu in the left navigation pane.
  2. Select the Function Buttons tab.
