Enable Symphony Messaging notifications

If you are not receiving any notifications in Symphony Messaging, it is likely that the Allow notifications setting has been disabled.

To enable notifications:

  1. In Symphony Messaging, navigate to Notifications.

  1. Enable Allow notifications.

  1. Alternately, you can enable notifications by going to Settings > Notifications and toggling Allow Notifications on.
