Note: The TradingView application may not visible to users on their Symphony Messaging instance if access to the TradingView app was blocked by their organization's network team. If a firm has blocked the TradingView domain, users won't be able to reach *.tradingview.com and the TradingView icon will NOT appear on the Symphony Messaging navigation bar.
To confirm that users within an organization can access TradingView services, perform a connectivity check as described below:
- From a desktop browser such as Chrome, navigate to the following URL:
https://www.tradingview.com/symphony/check
Expected result:
If you don't see this result, it could be that access to tradingview.com has been blocked by the organization's network team.
- To successfully access TradingView, work with your IT team to enable access to the domains below:
tradingview.com *.tradingview.com
- Once access to the domains listed above has been enabled, the TradingView icon should be visible on the users' Symphony Messaging instance.
