- Go to Apps in Symphony and select WeChat under Federation Suite.
Note: If WeChat is not available in the application list under Federation Suite, please check with your internal IT team to see if you have the correct permissions to access this app.
- Select the Rooms tab.
- Select New Room.
- Add any internal users from your firm or any external WeChat contacts your have previously added to your contact list.
- Enter the name of the room you wish to create.
- Select Create.
- Confirm the room is available to use in the room list.
