In some cases, a refresh of the browser or reload (Ctrl+R) of the Symphony Messaging Desktop App (SDA) may be required for the new language to be applied.
To change the language in Symphony Messaging:
- Select the Settings icon in the left navigation bar.
- Select the General tab.
- Scroll down and select the desired language from the options available in the Language dropdown menu.
- Return to Symphony Messaging and confirm the language change has taken effect.
