Set notifications for the Symphony Messaging WeChat Mini Program on iOS

1. Access Settings on iOS and go to > Notifications > Symphony.

2. Toggle notifications on.

3. In WeChat, access Me > Settings.

4. Tap Message Notifications.

5. Toggle all notifications on.

6. In WeChat go to Me > Service Accounts.

7. Tap 幸福尼科技Symphony

8. Tap the person icon.

9. Tap the 3 dot menu, then select Settings.

10. Ensure Mute Notification is off and Receive Articles is on
11. Tap Notification management.

12. Toggle on Receive Subscription Messages.
13. Ensure both 客户咨询提醒 and 账号变更提醒 are set to Receive.

14. Go back to the previous screen and tap the 3 dot menu again.
15. Select Stick Service Account On Top.

16. When a new incoming message is received, a pop-up notification and a red badge appear on top of WeChat icon on home screen:

幸福尼科技Symphony appears in WeChat > Chats.
