Users may be asked to send a Symphony Conversation or Message ID to help with troubleshooting.
To view a Conversation and Message ID:
- In the chat, select the timestamp of the message to open the Message details pane.
- In Essential Collaboration mode, the timestamp may initially only appear if you hover over a particular message. However, if you set the Layout to Condensed, each message timestamp will be displayed.
- If you are in Capital Markets mode, timestamps are displayed by default.
- Select the IDs tab and click Copy IDs to clipboard to copy both IDs.
- If required, paste these IDs into an email and send them to the Symphony Support team at support@symphony.com.
