View a conversation and message ID

Users may be asked to send a Symphony Conversation or Message ID to help with troubleshooting.

To view a Conversation and Message ID:

  1. In the chat, select the timestamp of the message to open the Message details pane.

  1. Select the IDs tab and click Copy IDs to clipboard to copy both IDs.

  1. If required, paste these IDs into an email and send them to the Symphony Support team at support@symphony.com.
