View a conversation and message ID

To assist with troubleshooting, users may be asked to send their conversation and message ID. 


Find a conversation and message ID by following the steps below:

 

1. Navigate to a chat and click on the timestamp of the message in question (Figure 1):

2. The Message Status window will be displayed (Figure 2):

3. From here, you can copy the conversation and message ID (Figure 3):

4. Paste these IDs into an email and send them to the Symphony Support team as required
