Star a chat

You can star chats to place them right at the top of your chat list in the Starred folder.

1. To star a chat:
   1.  Hover over a chat in your chat list and select the star icon .

1. 2. Select the Star option from the three dots menu of an open chat.

When a chat is starred, it will appear in a folder labelled Starred at the top of your chat list.

1. To unstar a chat:
   1. Select the Star icon  of the chat from the Starred folder.

1. 2. Click the Star icon of an open chat.
