Check the Symphony Messaging Desktop App (SDA) version

To check your Symphony Messaging Desktop App (SDA) version:

  1. From the Hamburger menu on Windows or the Symphony Messaging menu on macOS, select Help.
  2. Select About Symphony Messaging.

A popup window shows the details of the SDA version.

  1. Select Copy config to clipboard to ensure the correct details of the SDA version are saved.
