Timestamps and message status

Timestamps show the date and time a message was sent and can be useful for auditing purposes.

  1. To display the date of a message, hover over the time displayed next to the user's name.


Full timestamp display

  • In Essential Collaboration mode, the timestamp may initially only appear if you hover over a particular message. However, if you set the Layout to Condensed, each message timestamp will be displayed.
  • If you are in Capital Markets mode, timestamps are displayed by default.
  1. Select the message timestamp to see if your message was delivered successfully and who read it.

You can obtain the message ID and conversation ID of this message from the IDs tab of the Message details window.
