Create a new LINE room

To create a new LINE room:

  1. Select LINE Connect from Apps in Symphony.
  2. Navigate to the Rooms tab, then select New Room.
  3. Fill in the following fields with the relevant details.

  • Internal members: Enter Symphony contacts in your firm that you wish to add to a room with your LINE client(s).
  • External members: Enter any LINE client(s) you’d like to connect with, that you’ve added to your LINE contacts on Symphony.
  • Room Name: Enter a name for your LINE room.
  1. Review and confirm your room's information to proceed.
  2. Select Create.


  1. Your client(s) will receive an introduction message in LINE including the terms and conditions that they need to accept in order to begin your LINE conversation.
