To create a new LINE room:
- Select LINE from Apps in Symphony Messaging.
- Navigate to the Rooms tab, then select New Room.
- Fill in the following fields with the relevant details.
- Corporate employees: Enter Symphony Messaging contacts in your firm that you wish to add to a room with your LINE client(s).
- LINE contacts: Enter any LINE client(s) you’d like to connect with, that you’ve added to your LINE contacts on Symphony Messaging.
- Room Name: Enter a name for your LINE room.
- Select Create.
- Review and confirm the information is correct before proceeding. Your client(s) will receive an introduction message in LINE including the terms and conditions that they need to accept in order to begin your LINE conversation.
