You can now communicate with external contacts using LINE on Symphony’s secure and compliant platform used by over half a million financial services professionals.
To use LINE, you must install the Federation Suite application from the Symphony Marketplace.
- Go to the Marketplace.
Note: Your internal IT team may have already automatically installed the Federation Suite application for you.
- Search for and select Federation Suite.
Notes:
- The name of the application is chosen by your internal IT team, and it might be different from what is shown above.
- If the application is not available, please contact your internal IT team.
- Select Install.
Once installed, you must create an official LINE account and then begin adding contacts from the extension app for you to communicate with.
