What is LINE?

You can now communicate with external contacts using LINE on Symphony’s secure and compliant platform used by over half a million financial services professionals.  

To use LINE, you must install the LINE integration from the Symphony Marketplace. To access the Symphony Marketplace, from Symphony, select Marketplace (Figure 1):

Note: Your internal IT team may have already automatically installed the Symphony Teams integration for you.

Search for Connect Suite and select the relevant result (Figure 2):

Note: The name of the integration is chosen by your internal IT team so it might be different from what is shown above.

Note: If the integration is not available, please contact your internal IT team.

Select Install (Figure 3):

Once installed, you must create an official LINE account and then begin adding contacts from the extension app for you to communicate with.
