Add a contact to an existing LINE room

To add a contact to an existing LINE room:

  1. Select LINE from Apps in Symphony Messaging.
  2. Navigate to the Rooms tab.
  3. Hover over the room you want to add a user to, then select the three dot menu.
  4. Select Add Members.
  5. Add either internal or external members (from the same company), then select Add.
