Remove a contact from a LINE room

To remove a contact from a LINE room:

  1. Select LINE Connect from Apps in Symphony.
  2. Navigate to the Rooms tab.
  3. Hover over the room you want to add a user to, select the three dot menu and then select Manage Members.
  4. Select the trash can icon to remove the relevant user from the room.
  5. Once you remove the user, a notification will appear in the chat room confirming they have been removed.
