Remove a contact from a LINE room

To remove a contact from a LINE room:

  1. Select LINE from Apps in Symphony.
  2. Navigate to the Rooms tab.
  3. Hover over the room you want to add a user to, select the three dot menu and then select Manage Members (option visible only if you are the chat room owner).
  4. Select the three-dot menu of the user you want to remove and select Remove from conversation.
  5. Once you remove the user, a notification will appear in the chat room confirming they have been removed.
