Switch audio devices

Audio devices can be pre-selected before a call is answered.

• CloudHub

Cloud9 Trader

To switch audio devices from the Cloud9 Trader:

1. Right-click the button of the incoming call and select the device you wish to use.

2. On an active call, right-click in the call well and select the device you wish to switch to.

CloudHub

To switch audio devices from the CloudHub:

1. Select the device you wish to use.
2. Press the button you wish to answer/initiate a call from.

Once the device selection has been made, it will turn light green.
