If the dropdown menu options appear to be blank/unavailable while trying to log a Service Request via the Symphony Help Center, it could be due to a lack of permissions for certain Symphony cookies.
To solve this issue:
- Open a new incognito browser window and navigate to the Help Center. At the bottom of the page, a pop-up regarding Symphony's Use of Cookies should be displayed.
- Select Allow all cookies then follow the steps provided in the articles:
- Once completed, sign in to the Help Center and attempt to select the Service Request option from the dropdown menu.
