Bluetooth headset not detected

If your Bluetooth headset is not detected during a Symphony meeting, your device may have defaulted to its own audio input/output. It is possible to change this configuration while remaining connected to the meeting.

  1. From the the active call, select the Show settings icon . The call settings window opens.

  1. Select the relevant Bluetooth option from the Audio input and Audio output dropdown lists.

  1. Return to the ongoing call and confirm the Bluetooth headset has now been set as the default input/output source.
