If your Bluetooth headset is not detected during a Symphony meeting, your device may have defaulted to its own audio input/output. It is possible to change this configuration while remaining connected to the meeting.
- From the the active call, select the Show settings icon
. The call settings window opens.
- Select the relevant Bluetooth option from the Audio input and Audio output dropdown lists.
- Return to the ongoing call and confirm the Bluetooth headset has now been set as the default input/output source.
