You can access a Symphony Messaging test instance on a mobile device from the main Symphony Messaging log in page by following the steps below:
Android
- Navigate to the Symphony Messaging Mobile App on your device and tap SIGN IN.
- Double-tap Sign In on the following screen.
A new screen is displayed, containing the Company (pod name), Username (email) and Password fields:
- Enter your test instance credentials, therefore bypassing the lookup up of your email address, allowing you to access the test instance.
iOS
- Navigate to the Symphony Messaging Mobile App on your device.
- Double tap Sign In on the following screen.
A new screen will be displayed. containing the Pod, Username and Password fields:
- Enter your test instance credentials, therefore bypassing the lookup up of your email address, allowing you to access the test instance.
