A specific Windows audio setting enables you to configure your mono headset to hear sound from both sides.
Windows 11
- On your Windows computer, enter "sound settings" in the search field of the Start menu.
- Select Sound settings in the results.
- Turn on the Mono audio option.
- Check the output device to use under Choose where to play sound.
- Select More sound settings in the Advanced section to set the audio balance.
- Select the device in the Sound window and select Properties.
- Select the Levels tab and adjust the combined left and right channels.
Windows 10
- On your Windows computer, enter "sound settings" in the search field of the Start menu.
- Select the Windows Start button
, then select Settings.
- Select Accessibility, then Audio.
- Turn on the Mono audio option.
- Select the output device to use.
- Select Device properties.
- Adjust the Balance for the left and right channels.
