Admins can export the CSV file of all the active buttons on a user’s layout.
- Select the Users tab
in the left navigation bar of the Cloud9 Admin Portal.
- Hover over a user account row in the table and click the Edit Buttons button
at the end of the row.
- Select the Export Active Buttons button on the Manage Buttons page.
- Look for the buttons.csv file in your Downloads folder.
The exported CSV file includes all button types available on Cloud9: connection type, extensions, speed dials, audio broadcast, and group broadcast buttons.

Tip: If your browser prevents the download of multiple files, select the Blocked Download icon and select Always allow.
