Firm Admins can use the Cloud9 Admin Portal to reassign a Cloud9 connection to a different trading group. This is particularly useful when changing team structures, moving users between trading desks or when large groups of traders need to be subdivided and their connections segregated to support a new organizational structure.
Log in to the Cloud9 Admin Portal.
Select the Connections tab in the left navigation panel.
Search for the connection and select it in the table. Searching for the connection using the Button Label or its Connection ID makes your search easier.
Select the connection in the table and click the Edit Connection button.
On the Edit Connection page, select the new group in the Group Name dropdown menu to reassign the connection to any established Cloud9 trading group within your firm.
Click Save to apply your changes.
