Download call recordings

You can download call recordings from the Call Records section of the Cloud9 Admin Portal.

  1. Select the Call Records tab.

  1. Enter the date and time of the call recording you are looking for.
  2. Select the call type and region.
  3. Click the Search button to display the corresponding call recordings.

Existing call recordings are indicated by the Play icon in the table.

 

You can play a recording you select in the table.

  1. Check the call recording you want to download.
  1. Click the Export button, then Download Selected Recording(s) to download the zipped call records.

The call recordings is downloaded as a ZIP file that contains the OPUS file of the call recording.
