You can download call recordings from the Call Records section of the Cloud9 Admin Portal.
- Select the Call Records tab.
- Enter the date and time of the call recording you are looking for.
- Select the call type and region.
- Click the Search button to display the corresponding call recordings.
Existing call recordings are indicated by the Play icon in the table.
You can play a recording you select in the table.
- Check the call recording you want to download.
- Click the Export button, then Download Selected Recording(s) to download the zipped call records.
The call recordings is downloaded as a ZIP file that contains the OPUS file of the call recording.
