The date and time of a call recording file can be traced back from the name of the recording file using a timestamp converter.
The name of a call recording's OPUS file has a format like in the following example:
- sPK-63eb-4edab78c44b2a0a6f2347dbcce41-username-23297140082087558361745589994-1.opus
You can find that name in the Recording File Name column of call recordings in the Cloud9 Admin Portal.
- From the file name, copy the last ten numbers before "-1", in the example below "1745589994".
- Go to the free tool EpochConverter at https://www.epochconverter.com/.
- Paste those numbers in the timestamp field.
- Click the Timestamp to Human date button to get the date and time of the recording file.
