Find out the date and time of a call recording file

The date and time of a call recording file can be traced back from the name of the recording file using a timestamp converter.

The name of a call recording's OPUS file has a format like in the following example:

  • sPK-63eb-4edab78c44b2a0a6f2347dbcce41-username-23297140082087558361745589994-1.opus

You can find that name in the Recording File Name column of call recordings in the Cloud9 Admin Portal.

  1. From the file name, copy the last ten numbers before "-1", in the example below "1745589994".
  1. Go to the free tool EpochConverter at https://www.epochconverter.com/.
  2. Paste those numbers in the timestamp field.

  1. Click the Timestamp to Human date button to get the date and time of the recording file.
