Components Requirements
- Processor - Intel i5 or i7 with 4 CPU cores (8 multithreaded) at 2.6 GHz or above
- Operating system - Windows 10, Windows 11
- .NET Framework - version 4.8 or above
- Memory - 8.0 GB RAM or higher
- USB ports:
- For audio and a button board, to adapt to the number of devices in use. We recommend one USB port per stand-alone device.
- The CloudHub requires one dedicated USB-A port directly on the PC.
Additional recommendations
- Cache size - 6MB or greater.
- Limited bandwidth can affect audio quality on Cloud9. The minimum recommended bandwidth is ±2 Mbps or more. Internet bandwidth usage is dependent on the number of active connections and calls. External factors can impact network performance.
- Wired access is recommended if there are issues with spotty or slow WIFI network access.
