Symphony administrators can configure individual user entitlements so that some users have a different Symphony experience from others, for example some users can share files, whilst others might not be able to.
To configure individual user entitlements:
- In Symphony, select the Settings icon.
- Select Admin Portal.
Note: This option is only available if you're a designated Administrator with Admin Portal access.
- Select Begin Session.
Note: Session Objective and Comments are optional fields and are not required to access the Admin Portal.
- Navigate to Browse Accounts, search for a specific user and under Entitlements, and configure their individual entitlements as required
- Select Save.
