Configure individual user entitlements

Symphony administrators can configure individual user entitlements so that some users have a different Symphony experience from others, for example some users can share files, whilst others might not be able to.

To configure individual user entitlements:

  1. In Symphony, select the Settings icon.


  1. Select Admin Portal.

Note: This option is only available if you're a designated Administrator with Admin Portal access.

  1. Select Begin Session.

Note: Session Objective and Comments are optional fields and are not required to access the Admin Portal.

  1. Navigate to Browse Accounts, search for a specific user and under Entitlements, and configure their individual entitlements as required


  1. Select Save.
