You can block SMS & Voice Direct and WhatsApp Direct contacts to prevent unwanted, disruptive, or fraudulent communications.
From the Symphony Messaging client app
- Access the contact's profile and select the Block link.
- Select the reason for blocking: Spam, Abuse, Compliance, Other.
- Add any notes.
- Select Block. (You can easily unblock them using the Unblock link on their profile card.)
From the Symphony Messaging mobile app
- Access the contact's profile, select the More menu, then select Block.
- Select the reason for blocking: Spam, Abuse, Compliance, Other.
- Add any notes.
- Select Block. (You can easily unblock them using the Unblock button in the More menu.)
