You can use the Cloud9 Request Portal to submit various provisioning requests to be completed by the Symphony Voice Team.
What types of requests?
You can send us requests for:
- New user
- New user - Copy settings from an existing user.
- New user - Copy a button layout from an existing user.
- Copies of button layouts.
- New Cloud9 to Cloud9 connections
You can submit up to five requests at a time. Orders for more than five users should be coordinated with your Sales Representative.

Who can log in?
Allowed admins:
- Firm Admin role on the Cloud9 Admin Portal.
- Custom role (optional and upon request) : Please note that if your Cloud9 administrators who manage users have a custom role, you need to submit a request to grant this custom role permission to use the Cloud9 Request Portal.
How to log in?
You can sign in to the Cloud9 Request Portal using the email you use to sign in to the Cloud9 Admin Portal.
- Go to the Cloud9 Request Portal.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Submit to receive a verification link to your email address.

You will receive an email titled “Please Verify Your Email” sent by sales@symphony.com containing a verification link.
Note: This can be referred to as a magic link if you do not receive the email.

- Click the link in the email you received.
- Click Open Form to log in to the Cloud9 Request Portal.

Send a request to us
- Once logged in, click Select Account to select the Firm you want to submit this request for.
- Click Next.

- Select the currency for this request in accordance with where the user is located.
- Click Next.

- Select the type of request you would like to submit.

- Click Next.
- Specify your request.
New User Request
- Enter the requested information in each field. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
- Click the green Verify button of each field to verify the entered value is unique to Cloud9.
- Click OK to confirm the new user account information.
- Click Add Additional Users to submit more than one user.s
- Click Submit to complete the form.
Layout Copy
- Enter the username of the user whose layout will be updated in the Copy To field.
- Click the Verify button to verify their username.
- Enter the username of the user whose layout will be mirrored in the Copy From field.
- Click the Verify button to verify the username.
- Select if you would like Dial Tone settings to be mirrored.
- Click Submit to complete this request
New Cloud9 to Cloud9 Connection
Select the connection type.
- Enter the name of the group your user is a member of in the Near End Group field.
- Enter the name of the far-end group you want to connect to in the Far End Group field.
- Name the button for your user in the Near End Button Label field.
- Name the button for the firm you are connecting to in the Far End Button Label field.
- Select if you would like the button to be placed on your user’s layout by the Symphony Voice Team.
- Click OK.
- Click Submit to complete the form.
With every request, you will be prompted to accept the charges associated with the request after clicking the Submit button as pictured:

Following acceptance of the charges, your request will generate a ticket for the Symphony Voice Support Team. You will be given a ticket number that you can reference to check the status of your submission.
