External communications warning

If an internal Symphony admin enables the Require user warning for external communications pod-level entitlement in the Admin Portal, each time a user selects an external chat room, a warning banner is displayed on the top of the chat under the chat room name.

The purpose of this banner is to warn the members of the external chat room that this conversation includes both external and internal contacts, and therefore helping to prevent the sharing of any sensitive information by mistake.

Note: The Require user warning for external communications entitlement is no longer valid and will be removed in a future release of the Admin Portal.
