When one or more high resolution monitors are connected to a Windows endpoint machine, the display quality and resolution for screen share sessions can sometimes fall below the expected standard.
To improve the screen sharing resolution:
- First ensure you have disconnected from your NDS Citrix VDI session.
- After disconnecting, in the System tray, select Citrix Workspace > Advanced Preferences.
- Select High DPI.
- Select No, use the native resolution, then Save.
- Begin a Citrix session with another user and perform a screen share test to confirm the resolution has improved.
