Note: This entitlement can only be configured by users with administrator access.
Individual file types can be enabled and disabled within Symphony in accordance with each organization's guidelines.
Configure permitted file types by following these steps:
1. In Symphony, click the Settings cog wheel and select the General tab (Figure 1 and Figure 2):

2. Click Admin Portal (Figure 3):

3. Click Edit Entitlements (Figure 4):

4. From the File Types tab, enable/disabled the file types as desired (Figure 5):

Note: A user can search for specific file types rather than scrolling through the entire list.
Note: All file type attachments have a maximum file size. Refer to the Knowledge Article found here on attachment limitations.
