No conversations returned in All Conversations

No conversations are returned in All Conversations, even if no search criteria is selected:


A common reason is that the SCO (Super Compliance Officer) or CO (Compliance Officer) is not assigned to the proper group.

To assign the SCO/CO to a group:

  1. Select MANAGE ROLE SCOPES, then select the proper group that the SCO/CO should be assigned to. The Global Group is used as an example in this article.

  1. Select the ASSIGNEES tab, then select the Add Assignees button.

  1. Search for and select the SCO/CO, then select Save.

  1. The SCO/CO can see conversations after refreshing the browser.
