SDA certificate transparency whitelisting

Symphony Messaging Desktop Application (SDA) certificate transparency whitelisting allows internal Symphony Messaging admins to bypass certificate transparency checks for specific domains and avoid showing warning dialogs to users.

This is supported by creating a handler in a window session in the SDA. The handler compares the whitelist with the domain to be opened and chooses to skip certificate transparency if the domain is present in the whitelist.

To enable this feature, add the required domains in the ctWhitelist parameter in the Symphony Messaging configuration file (see SDA configuration file location), between double quotes and separated by a comma.
