Pin call buttons to the Activity screen

Pinning buttons helps you keep your most important contacts ready to call. You can pin up to 6 quick-dial buttons on top of your call activity.

There are three ways to pin buttons:

1. Swipe a button to the right to pin or unpin.
2. Pin a button from the button's action menu.
3. Pin/Unpin a button from the Manage Pinned screen.

• Quick and easy, swipe right to pin or unpin any active or idle button on the fly.

• Tap a call button to access the button’s actions menu and select Pin/Unpin.

Pin buttons to the activity screen

You can customize up to 6 quick-dial buttons.

1. Select the Manage Pinned button.

2. Tap the Add Pinned Buttons button.

Buttons that are already pinned appear as selected in the buttons directory. 

3.  Search for buttons or contacts to add.

Note: Only users enabled for Cloud Dial Tones will see the Contacts tab.

4. Check the buttons or contacts to add. You can switch between the Buttons and Contacts tabs to select items, then validate in the top right corner.
5. Confirm again in the Manage Pinned screen. 

Unpin buttons from the Activity screen

1. Select the Manage Pinned button.
2. Select the buttons or contacts to remove.

3. Confirm in the top right corner.
