Bypass SSO to login with Symphony your credentials

If the single sign on (SSO) solution configured with your Symphony platform is preventing users from authenticating due to a misconfiguration or service issue, a Symphony Admin can bypass SSO by following these steps:


1. As a Symphony Admin, navigate to (where companyabc is the name of your pod)


2. Select Forgot your password


3. Enter your email address in the Password Reset field when prompted


4. Follow the instructions provided to reset your Symphony credentials


5.  Navigate to (where companyabc is the name of your pod) and provide the newly updated credentials


6. Once the Symphony Admin Console has loaded, update the Configure SSO section or disable it entirely if necessary (Figure 1):
