Check if a Symphony Messaging instance is set up for your company

To know whether your company already has a running Symphony Messaging instance:

  1. In the following link, https://loginservice.symphony.com/webcontroller/podLoginInformation?emailAddress=example@test.com&fs=example@usertest.com, replace example@usertest.com with your own email address. Please note the email address appears twice.
  2. Run the link with your own email address in a new browser tab.

If you get a URL in response, it means your firm already has a Symphony Messaging instance set up and the response is your instance URL.

If no Symphony Messaging instance is set up, a “No pod found for emailAddress” error message is displayed instead:
