Reset your Symphony Messaging password when SSO is not enabled

Symphony Messaging end users can reset their password by themselves when SSO is not enabled.

To reset your password:

  1. Access your Symphony Messaging instance URL with a browser such as Chrome.
  2. Click Forgot your password? in the login screen.

Note: The URL in the following screenshot is only an example, and not your Symphony Messaging instance URL.

  1. Enter your password, then check I'm not a robot, and click Recover Password.

  1. Check your emails to find the password reset email sent to your email address.
